We believe that fitness should be fun, and should help you live the life that you want. Here’s our prescription for a great life:

  1. Keep your body fit — come see us at least 3 times a week,smallgroup
  2. Feed your body well with the food that nature intended,
  3. Go out and play in nature once a week, and
  4. Learn a new sport and have an adventure every year.

 

When it comes to the fitness part of our prescription, we know that one size doesn’t fit all. That’s why we have several different types of program, and why we’ll work with you to find the one that fits you best..  No matter which program you choose, you’ll have a supportive coach and community around you. That’s what sets our gym apart from the rest.

CrossFit Haze Kids / Teens

Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Our youth athletes are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adolescence and adulthood. It’s also important to remember that fitness for kids should be FUN. Our Kids coaches create an environment of excitement, community, and encouragement so that being active is never a chore.

Personal Training

Personal Training at CrossFit Haze isn’t just some trainer taking you through your sets and walking you from one machine to another. The Head Coach of CrossFit Haze will guide you through the ins-and-outs of your fitness journey and goals, and will be the one to design your individual program to ensure every goal is met safely and efficiently. They will make sure that you make incremental, yet significant gains (or losses), and that your personal program evolves with you as your needs change and as you look to your future.

Nutrition Fundamentals

Our Nutrition Fundamentals program is specifically designed to maximize results as you work towards your goals. Learn the 10 simple rules to living a healthier and feeling better. Work together with a head coach to tailor a nutritional plan that works for you. Our fitness methodology is proven to provide superior results over the typical gym routine; dialing in your nutrition will boost these results not only to aid in rapid body re-composition, but also to increase the rate of recovery so that you can work better than the next guy. Optimize your fitness regimen so that your goals are met rapidly. Burn fat, build lean muscle, make strength gains, increase stamina, and reduce inflammation and pain — make it all work for you.

Mobility/ROMWOD

ROM stands for Range Of Motion. We focus on increasing your range of motion, which in turn improves your posture and helps you feel better. Mobility/ROMWOD can also optimize your athletic performance, and promote recovery, healing, and longevity. Recovery is increased through the natural release of hyaluronic acid which is intentionally stimulated throughout our Mobility/ROMWOD programming.

We also focus on breathing techniques which prepare your mind for battle. Your body is capable of doing anything your mind allows it to do, so training your mind to focus through any challenge will result in increased performance in the gym, on the field, and in life.

Guided Meditation

Practicing mindful meditation is an opportunity to wake up to the present moment and learn to be open and at ease with the ebb and flow of life. It’s also an opportunity to quiet the noise of our busy lives. Mindfulness, by basic definition, is paying deliberate attention moment to moment without judgement. In order to cultivate mindfulness in our daily lives, we must first practice! Like any other skill (think pull-ups, box-jumps, etc), consistent practice and dedication get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
